Its VERY basic. Does exactly what its meant to and thats it. I personally think a beginner would have a lot of trouble using this safely and easily simply because it moves way to fast through the poses. Also, I hate that there is no way to see your current amount of calories burned. It shows you right after a work out and then thats it. Theres no way to view it on its own after unless you finish another routine.
