Great app!!

Its simple, easy to follow and I like the 20,30,40 minutes option as well as the level 1 & 2 difficulty. They change their workout constantly so u never feel like u doing the same work out all the time, as well as having the tool to do ur own routing is Great!!!

Pros and Cons....

Pros: No subscription fee. Its yoga for the average person, you dont have to be an athlete or yogi to follow a workout. Every pose is completely explained. Cons: Every routine seems like a random collection of poses. There are no focused routines like for flexibility, balance, back pain, etc. Overall a very good app, but there is room for improvement.

Slow down Sun Salutation!

I enjoy this app for my in-home yoga practice, but sun salutation moves too quickly! I can barely transition from upward facing dog to downward facing dog and "feel the stretch in my calves" before having to move on. Im no yoga expert, but I feel like sun salutation needs to be slower. Otherwise, good stuff!

Overall good app. This app is a mix for first timers and intermediates. Some poses are quick with less emphasis and others are slow and methodical.

Great app if you pay for it

I had the free version for years and while I enjoyed it, ads have no place in yoga practice. While this app is no substitute for professional instruction it is great for quick after-run stretches and times when you cant get to the yoga studio. I dont recommend it for absolute beginners because the instruction is not terribly comprehensive. Those of us who have taken yoga classes over many years and have experience doing the poses are probably better suited for this kind of app. I really like the feature where you can build your own routine. This is perfect for combining with other fitness activities such as climbing,running, or swimming.

Yoga to Go!

I love this app. I use it 2-3 times per week and depending on my time I can do yoga for 20-40-60 minutes. There are a couple different levels at each time and you can make up your own custom yoga routine. She does a nice job explaining each pose and what they are supposed to work on so you know how they should feel plus she does the exercise along with you.

This is a Great Application for when you are not able to go to a yoga studio.

Use it tons

If you know proper body alignment and can do yoga on your own this is an awesome app I use it constantly. But I have practiced in studios for sometime now and I have my yoga instructors voices in my ear reminding me to straighten my hips....etc. etc. Anyone just starting yoga needs to start in a class setting with an instructor. People like myself who can practice on their own, I cant say enough great things about this app.

This is a wonderful app for new yoga folks! I bought the full version right away and love it so much! Such a great way to start getting into yoga! Easy at first and then builds off of learned yoga skills! I love doing it at home and not having to pay to go to a yoga class at a gym! Full version allows you to create your own workout, which I love. I can make a workout to use in the morning if I wake up needing only a certain area stretched (mostly my back and neck)! I love the womans voice- allows me to follow along with my eyes closed after a few times doing a workout! Very peaceful.

Simply Yoga

Great for those of us who have had some yoga classes but not advanced. Level II a bit more difficult and wish there was a bit more explanation. Not ready for some of the poses but others are fine for me to do. Great because I can take this where I go
